Post Contract

Design:

If undertaking design, we carry out as-built surveys to inform our design and ensure accuracy in later stages.  Designs are issued as approval drawings to gain architect/client approval  prior to ordering materials and installation.

Installation:

A site team will be assembled for each project and liaise to agree a timetable with the client.  As much preparation as possible is conducted off-site in order to reduce our footprint on site and maintain access to stairwells etc for other trades.  Then, we attend to install products in line with agreed timescales.

Handover:

Prior to presenting a project to a client for handover Trinity Steel pre-snag our work to ensure full customer satisfaction and gain completion.  Every detail, both visible and non-visible (anchor bolt centres, embedment and pull out testing etc), structural and aesthetic will be checked and if necessary tested.  This level of thoroughness allows us to guarantee not only materials but workmanship.
